As part of the National Social prevention program of violence and crime, the department of public services in Toluca has launched a maintenance program under bridges in the Mexican capital to make these relegated places public spaces of encounters. Five sites have been developed (Circuito Bicentenario and Eje Central, Circuito Bicentenario and Juan Escutia, Ejército Nacional and Petrarca Newton Circuito Bicentenario and División del Norte) and 6 others are in preparation.
