Architect: João Filgueiras Lima

In Salvador, the Brazilian architect of the Modern Movement João Filgueiras Lima “Lele”, created in the 1980s a series of industrial bridges that connect different parts of the city.
Crossing urban barriers (highways, railways, etc.), the rapid construction system of prefabricated structures can be adapted to the site’s specificities, in particular to the needs in terms of access of each unit of the Sarah Hospital.
