City and cinema have been reflecting each for over a century. As a cycle of projection-seminar,  the Cinémathèque de Grenoble  has been  re-examining for five years classical films and the debate on this  relationship at a time when urban condition and the digital image are more and more common (www.traversees-urbaines.fr). By joining the Passage project led by IVM, this exploration continues in other forms (participative research, exhibition, sequences inventory…).
