Toronto, 6 March 2015: conferences and debates on the “Middle city passages” organized by the University of Toronto for the launching of the competition. With Leslie Woo (Metrolinx), Richard Sommer (dean of the University), Paul Hess (professor at the University), Pierre-Alain Trevelo (architect, TVK, France), Harold Madi (Director of the Design department of the Municipality of Toronto), Marcel Smets (scientific director of the programme Passages) and Maarten Van Acker (steering committee member of the programme Passages).
